Introduction
Once a new user has been created, an email invite with a sign up link is sent to the registered email address. This link remains active for 30 days.
If the user missed the invite or did not act in time, you can trigger another email invitation with a new sign up link.
Note: Once a user has logged in for the first time, you will not be able to trigger another invite.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Access the User List View
Navigate to https://app.logward.com/ and login to your account.
Open your Settings by clicking the user icon in the upper menu bar and select "Users & Roles" from the dropdown list:

The first page within the "Users & Roles" section is called "Users" and shows you all existing users of your account in a list view.

2. Open the User Detail View
Find the user that needs another email invite by using the search bar at the top or scrolling through the list.
Then, click the 'pencil' icon next to the user to access the detail view.

3. Trigger another email invite
Within the detail view, click on the "Resend Invite" button. This will open a modal on your screen:

A new view will open where you can set an initial password for the user, following basic security standards. After that, click 'Resend.' If you skip this step, a password will be generated automatically.

Unless the user has already signed up, another invite with a login link will now be emailed to the email address associated to the user. The freshly generated link will remain valid for the next 30 days.
That's it!
