  • All users with the AddOn Permission to use Conditional Formatting, who want to visually highlight objects in a table

Introduction

Condition-based color-coding in a table uses colors to visually highlight matching objects, for example marking rows with critical values in red.

Account admins and users with a corresponding permission can refer to 'Configure Conditional Formatting' for setup instructions.

The following will focus on how to navigate to a pre-defined formatting configuration and apply it to a table.

Step-by-Step Guide

Applying predefined conditional formatting only takes two clicks.

First, open a table and select 'Format' from the menu bar.

Then select 'Row Format' from the toolbar option, which opens a dropdown menu with all available formatting configurations for the table:

Once selected, the rule-based coloring will be applied immediately and the name of the chosen formatting will be reflected on top of the table in a pill.

You can now add further filter or sorting options to your table. To remove the coloring click the 'x' button within the pill.
