Is it possible to track the delivery?

Yes! With our 4PL approach we want to give you full transparency. We gather a combination of updates from carriers, 3PLs, industry platforms and GPS and AIS date into a simple and easy to understand interface.

Each shipment has a separate "Tracking" section where you can follow these milestone in real-time. While we believe our approach greatly improves your visibility, we are sometimes limited by the quality of the information we receive. We try to overcome this by working with a variety of data sources and cross-checking them, but some cases, such as overland trucking can sometimes be unreliable. In such cases, we rely on old-fashioned human intelligence (and hard work) by contacting such carriers directly, and use a simple email link for updates for smaller/ owner operated truckers. In the future we will also provide a trucking app to improve this process.

Additionally, the shipper can now share the URL of the shipment. By clicking on the field "Share Shipment" you can copy the link and share it with whoever you want.
