What happens in case of an emergency?

In case of an emergency such as bottlenecks, significant delays, or urgently required documents, we will contact you directly. Depending on the urgency, we will inform you by the quickest means possible. For simple matters, our customer support will attempt to handle it directly. For more complex shipment related issues, our experiences operational team will step in, provided that your contract with Logward includes this level of support.


Keep in mind that as a 4PL we are not always able to resolve an issue, and the responsibility to do so remains with either the 3PL or your internal team. In these matters our role is to ensure that you remain informed and can react quickly.
