Who pays in case of delay, cancellation, or other issues?

It depends. We know it's getting annoying here, but primarily depends on two factors:

1. Who is typically responsible? Which Incoterms were agreed to, and at which point did the exception occur?

2. Who is at fault? Was the issue a result of a certain stakeholder's action?

Generally, you should not have any surprises. As soon as we are aware of something that may result in a delay, cancellation, or additional charge, we reach out to inform you and receive your consent to proceed. In these cases, the additional cost would remain with the responsible party.

However, if we somehow make an error or do not properly inform you of such issues, we like to step up and own our responsibility by covering the additional fees.
