What can I do if technical/software problems occur?

Simply reach out and chat with our service team directly within our software or webpage (bottom right) or send an email to [email protected] and we'll get right on it. If it's something urgent, you can also reach us via phone.

We'd love to guarantee that technical problems should never occur, but from time to time there are issues related to different system interactions, hardware malfunctions, or network issues. While we do our best to build software and train you in such a way that this never occurs, we try to make getting help easy.
